Together with them and private Investors ICG procure the financing for undertaking development of Energy Projects, both renewable and conventional, ranging from £50m - £500m. David Gabay graduated from Jerusalem University Law School with Honours degree and MSc from University of Indiana. Graduated in Accounting and Economics in 1982. With over 40 experience in business development, financing and management for various public and private corporations.
​David has successfully procured financing for development of Power Stations in Africa and raised credit for Eastern European and African Governments.

David specialises in business management, project planning, business analysis. David has 35 years in companies' development and management.
David Katan graduated as an Industrial Engineer at the Faculty of Engineering in Tel-Aviv University. Then he graduated MBA in Business Management from The Business Management Faculty at Tel-Aviv University
David has successfully developed procured financing for development of several business companies.
