Together with them and private Investors ICG procure the financing for undertaking development of Energy Projects, both renewable and conventional, ranging from £50m - £500m. David Katan graduated as an Industrial Engineer at the Faculty of Engineering in Tel-Aviv University. Then he graduated MBA in Business Management from The Business Management Faculty at Tel-Aviv University
David has successfully developed procured financing for development of several business companies.

Tropè advises and leads high-stakes corporate and financial transactions for private and public companies, investors, and strategic counterparties, with a focus on transaction structuring, governance and shareholder frameworks, financing arrangements, and cross-border deal execution.
He combines legal rigor with strong commercial judgment, grounded in hands-on experience as a serial entrepreneur and CEO of fast-growing companies. This dual perspective enables a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach, with clear attention to risk management and long-term value creation.
